Canola Seed

Also known as rapeseed, canola is an oil crop plant with two physiological periods, being winter and summer. Each grain of canola contains 38 to 50 percent of oil and 16 to 24 percent of protein. Decontaminating the erucic acid content of 45 to 50 percent through refining enables the sezed to be reprocessed for vegetable oil. Canola is an oil crop plant with superior features thanks to its winter and summer types, short growing time and higher product and oil output per area compared to other oil crop plants.
